Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9"x9" pan. Run broccoli under cool water to thaw. Mix broccoli with 2 c. cheese and onion. Beat lowfat milk, Large eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper till smooth. Pour over broccoli mix in plate. Bake till knife comes out clean (25 to 30 min). Top with remaining cheese and bake 1 to 2 min till cheese melts. Garnish with tomato if you like.
