Ingredients

  • 2 lrg Shredded wheat biscuits, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. Coconut, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl crumble shredded wheat with your fingers. Using a spoon stir in the coconut and brown sugar. Pour in the melted butter. Stir together.
  2. Line muffin tin c. with foil. Press the mix onto the bottoms and up the sides of foil lined c.. Bake at 350. Carefully peel the foil off the nests. Fill the nests with fruity bird Large eggs: red or possibly green grapes, blueberries, strawberries, melon balls or possibly liquid removed canned fruit. This is great at Easter with the little candy Easter Large eggs. We like it at Christmas with red or possibly green cherries and a spoonful of yogurt on top.
