Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 stk butter, softened
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 ct (8-ounce) Cold Whip
- 2 pkt (3.5-ounce) chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, minced nuts and butter, mix thoroughly. Press into ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake 15-20 min (watch carefully). Cold completely.
- In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 8 ounce. package Cold Whip; mix well. Spread over cooled cake layer. Chill.
- In mixing bowl, combine instant pudding and lowfat milk, beat 3 min at low speed, till well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill.
- After pudding is set, spread remaining container of Cold Whip over top.
- Store in refrigerator.
