Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 c. sifted stone grnd whole wheat bread flour (after sifting, add in the chaff (bran or possibly wheat germ)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. Mix butter, honey and Large eggs in food processor or possibly blender.
  2. Blend in bananas.
  3. Add in flour, salt and soda.
  4. Bake in well greased 9"x5" loaf pan till center springs back when touched at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
