Best Ever Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. mashed bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 c. sour lowfat milk (sweet lowfat milk & teaspoon vinegar or possibly lemon juice)
  • 1/2 c. nuts, minced

Directions

  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs and mashed bananas. Combine dry ingredients; sift into mix alternately with sour lowfat milk, starting and ending with flour mix. Mix in nuts. Pour in greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
