Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 (18 ounce.) bottle commercial barbecue sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. paprika
- Juice of 2 lg. lemons
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon picante sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 min, stirring occasionally. Can store in the refrigerator for later use. Yield: 3 c..
