Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Stir just sufficient to thoroughly moisten. Roll out and cut with round cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
  2. VARIATION: DROP BISCUITS - Increase lowfat milk to 1 c. and drop by spoonfuls on sheets.
