Besitos De Coco Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients

1 lrg Coconut 8 Tbsp. Flour 4 x Egg yolks 1 c. Brown sugar

1/4 tsp Salt 4 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

1. Cut the coconut open and grind coconut without peeling. Measure 3 c. of grnd coconut and add in the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Healthy pinch off pcs of dough and form into balls.
2. Place in the baking dish and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven till golden brown, about 35 min.
3. Makes about 24 macaroons.
