Beet Relish

An accompaniment served along with hot or cold ham on Easter.

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz Can sliced or whole beets
  • 1 Tbl. Fresh prepared horseradish
  • 11/2 To 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Place beets in a food processor and chop lightly
  2. Add sugar, salt and horseradish
  3. Mix well
  4. Serve with ham
