Ingredients
1 14.5 oz Can sliced or whole beets
1 Tbl. Fresh prepared horseradish
11/2 To 2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Place beets in a food processor and chop lightly
Add sugar, salt and horseradish
Mix well
Serve with ham
