Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Whole coriander seeds
  • 4 x Cloves garlic
  • 2 lb Beef top round steak or possibly London Broil, 1/2 inch thick Vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil Salt

Directions

  1. Place sugar, peppercorns, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and garic in blender or possibly food processor; process till seeds and garlic are crushed. Rub beef with oil; pat on spice mix. Season generously with salt.
  2. Lightly oil warm grid to prevent sticking. Grill beef on covered grill over medium-low briquets 16-20 min for medium or possibly till desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 5 min before cutting across the grain into thin diagonal slices.
  3. Makes 6 servings.
