Beef (100g)
Parmesan cheese, sliced (30g)
Rocket
Vincotto sauce or Balsamic Sauce
Olive Oil (Q.B.)
Sale (Q.B.)
Black pepper (Q.B.)
Directions
Sauté Manzo slightly, until just rare. Then cut into slices.
Drizzle with Vincotto Sauce, then add Parmesan, Rocket leaves and Olive Oil.
