Ingredients

  • 6 x Steaks (round, sirloin or possibly chuck)
  • 1 x Glass of beer
  • 1/2 x Onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour Oil Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Put salt and pepper on the steaks and fry till golden brown.
  2. Mix the beer with the slices of onion, the tomato, the flour and a little water.
  3. Add in the mix to the pan with the meat. Cover the frying pan and cook for a half hour. Serve warm.
