Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 1/2 lb Beans, soup
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 2 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 x Salt & pepper
- 2 c. Celery, diced
- 1 c. Tomato, strained
- 1/2 c. Potato, diced
Directions
- Soak beans overnight in water to cover. In morning, drain off the water, add in fresh water and cook till almost soft. Wash ham and cover with cool water and boil till tender. Skim fat from the broth and add in the beans and other ingredients and cook till potatoes are soft. Serve at once.
