Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 baked or bbq chicken (pre-cooked store bought is best here); boneless and shredded
- 1 cup string beans (green beans)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 chopped chile
Directions
- Saute onions, garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat in large saute pan
- Add shredded chicken and string beans and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add soy sauce and stir in thoroughly
- Add broth and peanut butter and bring to boil
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
- Add salt, pepper and chili to taste
