- bone-in chicken breasts
- Kraft bbq sauce
Directions
- Put chicken in crockpot and coat with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook 4 to 6 hrs. Remove chicken from pot and remove meat from bones. (It practically falls apart.) Shred the chicken and return to sauce in crockpot and stir together. Serve on buns as a healthier alternative to pork barbeque. (If using boneless chicken, probably cook less time. I use bone-in because it is less expensive.
