Ingredients

  • 1 c. Finely Minced Onion
  • 2 x Garlic Cloves, minced fine
  • 1/2 c. Dry Whole Barley
  • 1 x 28 Ounce Can Minced Tomatoes
  • 6 c. Vegetable Broth
  • 1 c. Finely Minced Celery
  • 1 c. Carrots, Cut Into 1/4" Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Mrs Dash
  • 1 tsp Nature's Seasoning Or possibly Spike Seasoning
  • 1 x Knorr Bouillon Cube
  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry Thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic till limp. Add in to other ingredients except parsley in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 45 min to 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
