Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 x (28 oz) bottle ketchup
- 1 x (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. grnd dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. coarsely grnd black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1 dsh warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x (12 fluid oz) can or possibly bottle beer
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 3 x cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix ketchup, chili sauce, prepared mustard, grnd dry mustard, brown sugar, black pepper, white wine vinegar, warm pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, beer and lemon juice. Cover and chill till use. Approximately 1 hour before use, fold in the garlic. Apply generously to desired meats during the final min of cooking.
