Barbecued Beef Short Ribs In Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients

3 lbs. beef short ribs 1 c. water 1/4 c. red cooking wine

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

1. Place ribs in crock pot standing.
2. Pour in wine and water. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
3. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs.
4. Cook on low approximately 8 hrs.
