Ingredients

1 pound grnd round 1 med. onion, minced 1 med. green pepper, minced 1 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. catsup

Directions

1. Brown 1 lb. grnd round with 1 medium onion (minced). Add in green pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, brown sugar and catsup. Simmer 30 min.
