Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 sm Green pepper, minced, 1/4-1/3 C.
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan, and cook for 15 min. Baste on chicken during last 10-15 min of grilling. Otherwise, you can refrigeratethe sauce, and then use it as a marinade as well. This will make sufficient sauce for 4 or possibly 5 chicken quarters.
