Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 5 lbs. ribs
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 (18 ounce.) Open Pit (hickory smoked) barbecue sauce
  • 1 bottle water (fill 18 ounce. Open Pit bottle with water)
  • 1 c. honey

Directions

  1. Lay ribs in single layer in baking dish or possibly pan. Slice onion over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Pour off liquid. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs, then water, then honey. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 to 1/2 hrs.
