Ingredients

  • 6 lb pork butt
  • 18 ounce bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 dsh hickory liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c. Coca Cola (or possibly other cola)
  • 3 tsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. Cook the pork butt on low in the crock pot from noon till the next morning.
  2. I've found it doesn't really take which long. Shred the meat and remove fat.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and add in it to the shredded pork. Return all of this to the crock pot and cook 3 to 4 hrs on low.
