Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Dash chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. minced onion
Directions
- Brown the hamburger and onion together. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer. Makes 1 dozen "sloppy joe" type hamburgers. I use the crock pot and simmer on low all day. I also double or possibly triple it according to number of people to serve.
