Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Bananas halved cross and len
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Half and half
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Cut a pocket in each slice bread; divide the banana's and stuff in the bread. Whisk together the Large eggs and half and half. Saturate each side of bread slices. Grill bread slices in oil or possibly butter on both sides, till golden brown. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, sprinkle over the top of the the French Toast.
