Directions

  1. Combine melted butter and crumbs. Pat into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Beat Large eggs on high speed of electric mixer till light, about 4 min. Add in powdered sugar, softened butter and vanilla. Beat 5 min. Pour creamed mix into pan, spread pineapple over top, arrange bananas on pineapple. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with pecans. Cover and chill overnight. Garnish with cherries. Serves 12.
