Ingredients Convert Measures
- sift together:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- cream:
- 1/3 c. softened margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 x egg
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 x -3 mashed bananas (should measure out to a heaping c.)
- Spoon into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
- Bake 45-55 min.
Directions
- Ok to add in raisins, nuts or possibly mini chocolate chips sometimes.
