Ingredients Convert Measures

  •     BREAD MACHINE BAKER BOOK
  • 1/4 c. Buttermilk
  •     (didn't have so I used Lowfat milk)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 x Unsalted butter or possibly
  •     Canola oil
  •     (I used margarine)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Mashed ripe banana
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp TO 1 ts Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Double-acting baking
  •     Pwdr

Directions

  1. Measure the buttermilk into the baking pan of your bread machine, break the egg into it, and add in the butter, cutting it into chunks if it's to hard so it can more easily be mixed with the other ingredients, or possibly substitute canola oil, if you prefer. Then ad
