- 1 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1 1/2 c. Wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 med Ripe bananas
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. -hot water
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds, (optional)

Directions
