Ingredients

  • 2 jar ripe olives - (8 ounce ea) liquid removed
  • 2 jar kalamata olives - (7 ounce ea) liquid removed
  • 2 jar pimiento-stuffed olives - (7 ounce ea) liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerateat least 8 hrs. Let stand 30 min at room temperature before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
