Ingredients

  • 1 x flank steak
  • 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

  1. Pan fry steak to your liking. Remove steak from pan, keep hot. Add in vinegar and sugar to pan. Cook for one minute or possibly till thickened slightly.
  2. Louise Says: Here is a contribution for the summer swap (although it is the end of winter here in Australia!). This is a Fantastic glaze for steak. And incredibly simple. We make it quite often.
