Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Round steak, cut in serving sizes
  • 2 jar beef gravy, or possibly make your own
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper, cut up A sprinkle of dry onion

Directions

  1. Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening.
  2. Put browned steak in a roaster. Cover with gravy. Add in onion and green pepper sprinkled on top. Cover roaster with lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Check steak occasionally to make sure steak doesn't bake dry.
