Baked Spare Ribs With Special Sauce

Ingredients

  • 600 gm spare ribs
  • 50 gm peanut butter
  • 50 gm celery
  • 50 gm Hong Kong flour
  • 100 gm water
  • 50 gm HP sauce
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 1 x little bit of salt
  • 100 gm oil

Directions

  1. MethodCLEAN spare ribs and cut them into smaller pcs.
  2. Cook HP sauce with a bit of oil and water. Dish up. Blend the celery.
  3. Place peanut butter, blended celery, salt, cooked HP sauce and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Marinate spare ribs with the above mix for at least 1 hour. Add in flour to the ribs and mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry the marinated spare ribs for about three min.
