Ingredients

  • 4 lb Salmon Fillet
  • 1/2 lb Butter
  • 1 x Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Place fillet skin-side down on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Mix remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat to simmer; don't boil. Pour mix over salmon and bake at 350F degrees for 35-40 min.
