Baked Pork Chops With Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 6 x Pork chops, 3/4"-thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 med White onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 c. Jalapeno pepper jelly

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in a heavy skillet with extra virgin olive oil till golden on both sides. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan. Place a layer of the sliced onion in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Add in the pork chops, spread the Jalapeno Pepper Jelly over them and put the remainder of the onions on top. Drizzle with lime juice. Cover baking dish and bake at 350 F. for 30 min. Remove cover and bake an additional 5-10 Min.
