Ingredients Convert Measures
- 250 gm Jersey royal new potatoes, (9 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 100 gm Salmon roe, (4 ounce)
- 125 gm Creme fraiche, (4 ounce)
- 1 sm Pack chives
Directions
- Preheat the grill. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water till cook. When cold sufficient to handle, split each one in half and remove some of the inside. Brush them with butter and grill till lightly brwoned. To serve, immediately top them with some salmon roe, creme fraiche and minced chives.
