Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 x 12-14 pound ham, butt or possibly shank half, fully-cooked
- 3/4 c. Honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. Frzn concentrate orange juice, slightly thawed
- 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. golden brown raisons
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Score fat on ham in a diagonal pattern and place in a baking pan. Bake at 15 min per lb.. Mix glaze and baste ham about every ten min during the last hour of cooking. Let ham rest for about 10 min after you remove from oven. Slice and arrange on serving platter in an attractive display. Garnish as you like, or possibly with orange slices and mint.
- RAISIN SAUCE:Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thick.
