Ingredients
2 lb Halibut
1 c. Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Crisco
3/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
Clean fish, season with salt and pepper, dredge with flour, place in Criscoed baking pan, pour over tomatoes, and dot with Crisco. Bake in a moderate oven, basting often.
