Ingredients

  • 2 lb Halibut
  • 1 c. Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Clean fish, season with salt and pepper, dredge with flour, place in Criscoed baking pan, pour over tomatoes, and dot with Crisco. Bake in a moderate oven, basting often.
