Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 x French bread cut into one inch slices, making eight slices
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Pour over bread slices, cover and chill overnight.
  2. Next morning: Combine 10 oz bag frzn strawberries, 4 ripe bananas, thick sliced, place in glass casserole dish, sprinkle mix of 3/4 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. apple pie spice over strawberries and bananas.
  3. Place slices of egg-soaked bread on top of strawberries and bananas.
  4. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 450 degrees for 20-25 min.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or possibly powdered sugar.
