Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Sprinkles of Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, pour into 1qt casserole or possibly custard dish.
  2. Sprinkle with Nutmeg. Set baking dish into pan of water. Bake at 425' for 45 min. Let cold (or possibly eat hot) Refidgerate.
