Baked Cranberry Sauce Recipe by Rob Young.

I think my Mom clipped this out of the NYTimes about 20 years ago. I started bringing it to Thanksgivings in College and it has been a tradition ever since. Baked cranberries offer a delicious flavor and fragrance.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Wash cranberries and place into baking dish with 1 cup water.
  3. Place in oven for 25 minutes, or until nearly all the berries have popped.
  4. Stir in sugar and marmalade.
  5. Return to oven for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve room temperature or chilled.
