Directions

  1. Combine flour with salt, rosemary, oregano, thyme, paprika, and pepper.
  2. Dust chicken with seasoned flour and brown in extra virgin olive oil and butter. Place in baking dish and add in tomatoes, wine, chicken broth, garlic pwdr, fresh basil, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender and brown.
