Ingredients
1 lb Good quality grnd beef
1/2 lb Grnd pork
1 sm Onion, finely minced
1 x Egg
1/2 c. Corn flake crumbs, ( I used bread crumbs)
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
4 ounce Grated swiss cheese
1 can (4 Ounce) mushrooms, liquid removed
3 slc Bacon, minced
Directions
In a large bowl add in all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or possibly until cooked through.
