Ingredients

  • 1 lb Good quality grnd beef
  • 1/2 lb Grnd pork
  • 1 sm Onion, finely minced
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Corn flake crumbs, ( I used bread crumbs)
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 ounce Grated swiss cheese
  • 1 can (4 Ounce) mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 3 slc Bacon, minced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add in all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or possibly until cooked through.
