Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 x baby bok choy 6 to-8-inches long
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest julienne or possibly grated
  • 1/4 tsp ginger infused sesame oil
  •     Or possibly chopped ginger to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the boy choy well. Cut in half lengthwise Place bok choy in a single layer on a rack in a steamer, cut side up. Sprinkle with the orange zest and put a portion of the ginger-oil on the heart of the vegetable. Cover and cook over for 6 to 8 min, or possibly when fork tender. Serve with the zest.
