Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 sht Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum F (18" by 24" ea)
- 3 lb baby back pork ribs
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar - (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions
- Preheat Sunbeam or possibly GrillMaster grill to medium.
- Center half of ribs in single layer on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Combine brown sugar and seasonings; rub over ribs, turning to coat proportionately.
- Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold one end to seal. Through open end, add in 1/4 c. water. Double fold remaining end, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat for second packet.
- Grill 45 to 60 min in covered grill. Remove foil; place ribs on grill.
- Brush ribs with barbecue sauce. Continue grilling for 10 to 15 min, brushing with sauce and turning every 5 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
