Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 sht Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum F (18" by 24" ea)
  • 3 lb baby back pork ribs
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar - (packed)
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat Sunbeam or possibly GrillMaster grill to medium.
  2. Center half of ribs in single layer on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Combine brown sugar and seasonings; rub over ribs, turning to coat proportionately.
  3. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold one end to seal. Through open end, add in 1/4 c. water. Double fold remaining end, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat for second packet.
  4. Grill 45 to 60 min in covered grill. Remove foil; place ribs on grill.
  5. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce. Continue grilling for 10 to 15 min, brushing with sauce and turning every 5 min.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
