Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans coarsely minced
  • 1 x pie shell unbaked

Directions

  1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Beat Large eggs at medium speed til blended. Gradually add in warm sugar mix to Large eggs, beating constantly. Stir in butter, vanilla nad pecans. Pour mix into pie shell; bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Keywords:pie, dessert, pecan, freeze
