Ingredients

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. Chocolate, grnd
  • 2/3 c. Unsifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 . Using a spoon, stir Large eggs with sugar and vanilla; add in butter. Sift Grnd Chocolate with flour, baking pwdr and salt.
  2. Stir into egg mix; add in nuts. Spread into greased 8 or possibly 9" square pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. For extra chewy brownies, use 8" pan and less baking time. For cake like brownies use 9" pan and longer baking. Cut into squares.
