  • 2 lrg ripe avocados coarsely minced
  • 4 lrg radishes minced
  • 2 x celery ribs minced
  • 2 x green onions minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper - (to 1/2)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate1 hour.
