Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 Tbsp. Miso
  • 2 x Scallions, minced
  • 1 quart Warm water
  • 1/2 c. Tofu, cubed
  • 1 x Carrot, minced
  • 1 c. Aubergine, julienned

Directions

  1. In boiling wash, add in miso. Mash to dissolve. Add in carrots, scallions, tofu and aubergine. Cook till veggies are tender.
