Ingredients

  • 1 x Aubergine
  • 2 x Sweet red peppers
  • 1/8 c. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp May Garlic Black pepper

Directions

  1. Grill aubergine and red peppers till sort. Skin the peppers (the peel should come right off) and scoop out the aubergine meat.
  2. Put in the food processor, blender, or possibly bowl and elbow grease, and puree with the vinegar, may, garlic and black pepper.
