Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 stk melted butter
- 4 x pats butter
- 3 x cloves garlic crushed
- 2 lrg cans artichoke hearts liquid removed and minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 pt half-and-half
- 1 dsh pepper
- Bread crumbs Italian style
Directions
- Beat together Large eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Heat butter in a saucepan, add in garlic cloves and artichoke hearts, remove from heat. Add in egg mix. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole, top with about 1/4-inch of bread crumbs and proportionately space 4 pats of butter over top of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min.
