Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 stk melted butter
  • 4 x pats butter
  • 3 x cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 lrg cans artichoke hearts liquid removed and minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 pt half-and-half
  • 1 dsh pepper
  •     Bread crumbs Italian style

Directions

  1. Beat together Large eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Heat butter in a saucepan, add in garlic cloves and artichoke hearts, remove from heat. Add in egg mix. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole, top with about 1/4-inch of bread crumbs and proportionately space 4 pats of butter over top of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min.
